Job Summary:
The 2024 Internet Sales Associate at Sands Chevrolet Surprise will be responsible for generating and maintaining online sales leads for the dealership. This role will focus on building relationships with potential customers through various online platforms and using effective sales techniques to convert leads into sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the auto industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of successful sales performance.

Compensation & Benefits:
This is a full-time, base plus commission sales position in the auto industry. The earning potential ranges from $80,000 to $150,000 per year, depending on experience and performance. In addition, employees will receive a list of benefits

Responsibilities:
  • Generate and maintain a database of online sales leads through various platforms, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate information and engaging in effective sales conversations
  • Build rapport and relationships with potential customers to understand their needs and preferences, and guide them through the sales process
  • Proactively reach out to potential customers through online channels, including follow-up emails and phone calls
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure the smooth transition of internet leads to in-person sales and support the overall sales process
  • Utilize sales tools and techniques to increase conversion rates and meet or exceed monthly sales targets
  • Stay current with industry trends, market conditions, and competition to provide valuable insights and drive sales strategies
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and lead conversions in the dealership's CRM system

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales is a plus
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Proficient in using online platforms and tools to generate and manage sales leads
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a customer-focused mindset
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Must be able to work evenings and weekends, as needed
