Department Summary
The Molecular Diagnostics Marketing Department has a passion for patient care and a commitment to improved outcomes through our innovative products and services. Our team plays a crucial role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase awareness, drive demand, and ultimately contribute to the growth and success of the company. We are not just marketers; we are advocates for transformative healthcare experiences, and our mission is to ensure that patients receive the most advanced and effective diagnostics available for critical infectious disease, sexual and cervical health, respiratory and transplant testing.
We are seeking a marketing intern who shares our passion and is looking for a rewarding experience to expand their marketing knowledge.
This internship position is located in Indianapolis, IN, on site.
The Opportunity
Collaborate with individuals and teams across Marketing and other key functions to assist with projects focused on improving patient outcomes.
Build relationships with key stakeholders to co-create and execute strategies and tactics.
Collaborate with the sales team to understand their needs and challenges in the field.
Projects include: assisting with creating and/or updating marketing collateral; planning, execution, and analysis of promotional campaigns aimed at increasing product awareness and driving sales; assisting with the development of sales resources to effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products.
Program Highlights
Intensive 12-weeks, full time (40 hours per week) paid internship.
Program start dates are in May/June (Summer).
A stipend, based on location, will be provided to help alleviate costs associated with the internship.
Ownership of challenging and impactful business-critical projects.
Work with some of the most talented people in the biotechnology industry.
Who You Are (Required)
Required Education:
Must be pursuing a Bachelor's Degree (enrolled student)
Required Majors: Marketing, Business Administration, or Scientific related Field
Required Skills
Previous marketing or business related experience
Strong project management skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects
Proficient in utilizing Microsoft & Google Office Suite of products
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Indiana is $20-$28 hour. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. This position also qualifies for paid holiday time off benefits.
