Here’s what you’ll do as a Call Center Customer Service Representative at RDI Corporation:
· Utilize telephone systems and technology to complete all tasks following all procedures accurately and promptly.
· Accurately document and summarize call content accurately for record-keeping purposes.
· Follow all required scripts, protocols, and procedures to maintain consistency and compliance.
· Utilize knowledge base and training resources to provide accurate responses to customer inquiries.
· Appropriately escalate customer issues to the managerial team when necessary.
· Adhere to all attendance and work schedule requirements to ensure coverage during operational hours.
· Maintain strict confidentiality regarding customer information and sensitive data.

- A passion for talking on the phone. It's the core of our industry.
- Customer Service or Call Center experience and ability to ensure customer satisfaction in each interaction.
- Smile and Dial: Positive attitude, professional communication skills and a desire to go above and beyond.
- Proficient organizational, written, and oral communication skills, typing a minimum of 35 WPM
- Must attend all scheduled training, 100% attendance is a must.
- Strong people skills — you are friendly, empathetic, and a good listener.
- De-escalation skills and professionalism when handling challenging calls.
- Tech-savvy. You’ll need know how to comfortably and simultaneously toggle between multiple computer systems including Microsoft Office Suite, mapping systems (I.E Google maps) and client CRM systems.
