To assist in our growth trajectory, we are seeking an Account Based Marketing Director to drive cross-divisional marketing and sales opportunities.
Position Summary:
The Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Director is responsible for leading the development and execution of highly targeted, personalized marketing strategies to drive growth, brand awareness, and engagement across key accounts within the BrandStar ecosystem. Reporting to the Co-Founder and Chief Revenue Officer, this leadership role requires a deep understanding of B2B marketing and the ability to align ABM initiatives with overall business objectives. The ABM Director will collaborate across departments to strategize, execute, and optimize multi-channel ABM campaigns, drive demand generation, and ensure customer success through upselling, cross-selling, and retention strategies.
Specific responsibilities include:
Strategy Development:
- Develop, implement, and oversee the company's Account Based Marketing strategy, focusing on personalized marketing plans for high-value accounts.
- Align ABM initiatives with the company’s overall business objectives, focusing on demand generation, customer retention, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities across BrandStar’s products and services.
- Collaborate closely with sales and leadership to define target account lists and prioritize account opportunities.
Campaign Development & Management:
- Design and execute integrated, multi-channel Account-Based Marketing campaigns that may include digital, content, email, social media, direct mail, and events.
- Develop personalized messaging and value propositions for specific accounts or account segments.
- Ensure campaigns are aligned with the overall marketing strategy and tailored to specific buyer journeys and personas.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI, continuously adjusting strategies based on market dynamics and business needs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with sales and customer success teams to align Account Based Marketing efforts with business development goals and customer retention strategies.
- Foster close relationships with key internal stakeholders (e.g., product marketing, content teams) to ensure consistent messaging and an integrated approach.
- Champion Account Based Marketing best practices within the organization and provide thought leadership on innovative account-based approaches.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
- Measure the effectiveness of Account Based Marketing programs by analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement rates, lead-to-customer conversion, pipeline acceleration, and revenue impact.
- Utilize analytics platforms to track account performance, engagement levels, and buyer behavior.
- Provide regular reports to stakeholders, using data to optimize strategies and recommend areas for improvement.
Technology & Tools:
- Leverage marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and Account Based Marketing-specific tools to support program execution and measurement.
- Stay updated on Account Based Marketing technology trends and emerging tools to continuously enhance the effectiveness of Account Based Marketing programs.
Brand Positioning:
- Ensure consistent and effective brand messaging across all corporate marketing efforts, emphasizing synergies between the different business units within BrandStar’s ecosystem.

Experience and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.

- Strong understanding of buyer personas, value propositions, and B2B buying cycles.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
PREFERRED SKILLS
- Experience in the Entertainment & Marketing sector.
- Familiarity with advanced data analysis tools and techniques.
