Seeking a results-driven B2B SaaS Account-Based Marketing Manager to execute targeted marketing strategies that enhance engagement and revenue within key accounts in the healthcare sector.

We are seeking a results-driven B2B SaaS Account-Based Marketing Manager to lead and execute targeted marketing strategies that drive engagement within our target account list resulting in creating more pipeline opportunities and revenue for the business. This role requires a strategic thinker with expertise in account-based marketing, B2B SaaS and a plus if you have previous experience working in Healthcare IT sector.


What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Implement and drive an account-based marketing strategy that aligns and adapts with our business goals by understanding the unique challenges and opportunities in the healthcare IT space
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to refine a targeted ABM strategy and plan, focusing on engaging and driving growth within key strategic accounts
  • Deep understanding of go-to-market channels (including digital and paid media) to activate effective and highly targeted customer specific campaigns and nurture programs
  • Manage ABM tools and technologies to execute and track campaign performance, ensuring alignment with broader marketing goals
  • Analyze account insights, intent data, and engagement metrics to optimize campaign effectiveness and ROI
  • Continuously test and iterate on campaign elements to optimize performance and manage budgets effectively
  • Track the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Stay up to date with ABM trends and best practices, continuously refining strategies to maximize impact against strategic accounts
  • Create compelling, personalized content that resonates with enterprise stakeholders across their buying journey

What You Bring:
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree - in marketing or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 3+ years focused on account-based marketing ownership
  • Proficiency in conducting marketing research and analyzing data - identify insights and optimize campaigns
  • Experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate by creating compelling content and campaigns
  • Proficiency in ABM platforms (e.g. DemandBase), CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Marketing) and reporting capabilities
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to effectively work with sales, marketing, external agencies and other relevant cross-functional teams
  • Proven success in driving measurable business outcomes through ABM initiatives and programs
How We Pay:
  • We believe in paying fairly and equitably based on a number of factors including but not limited to work experience, interview performance, internal equity, geography, and expected level of responsibilities
  • We are targeting a base salary from $66,000 to $126,000
  • You will also be able to participate in our annual corporate bonus program
