Job Description:

Futurety is seeking an entry to mid level Account Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will support the planning, execution, and delivery of digital marketing and complex data analytics projects, ensuring efforts are communicated clearly and completed on time. You will work closely with project leads and cross-functional teams, including marketing professionals, data scientists, engineers, and business analysts, to deliver high-quality solutions that meet our clients’ needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a client support contact on multiple projects.
  • Assist Account Directors with agenda creation, meeting scheduling, and deliverable organization.
  • Assisting data and marketing teams with project deadlines and details.
  • Guiding project priorities and coordinating with the team on overcoming obstacles and challenges.
  • Coordinate client deliverables.
  • Create, understand, and communicate detailed reports of campaigns’ results.
  • Prepare, file, and retrieve client-related documents.
  • Design and renew client proposals.
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure proper service.
  • Assisting with prioritization of internal client work based on client needs and requests.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
  • Report and escalate to management as needed.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project challenges.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project team members.
  • Conduct project post-mortems and create recommendations for future improvements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in the digital marketing, communications, and/or data analytics sectors.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a client/customer facing role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, Monday, etc.

Preferred Skills:

  • Proven working experience as a project manager in the information technology sector.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
  • Strong client-facing, internal communication, and storytelling skills.
  • Experience with marketing strategies, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Domo).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
