Account Development Manager
LOCATION
Remote with global support options across North America, South America, and Europe.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred; 2-5 years of sales or account management experience, preferably in Information Technology; strong communication skills; proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Development Manager to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing existing client accounts, building strong relationships, and driving sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within these accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts, develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase account revenue
- Conduct regular account reviews to assess performance and address any issues or concerns
- Prospect for new business leads through cold calling, email marketing, and social media
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product management) to align client goals and objectives
- Prepare and present sales proposals and agreements to clients
- Monitor industry trends and market conditions to inform strategic decisions
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status in the CRM system
- Achieve or exceed sales targets and objectives on a consistent basis
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- 2-5 years proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in some Information Technology related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
