Description:

Beasley Media Group Boston is looking for an experienced digital advertising sales professional. This role focuses on selling innovative digital solutions to both new and existing clients across various platforms. The ideal candidate will generate new business through prospecting and cold calling, as well as managing and expanding existing accounts. You will work closely with clients to identify their digital marketing needs, develop tailored solutions, and ensure high levels of service and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

    Drive new business by prospecting and utilizing lead generation platforms, focusing on digital sales opportunities
    Deliver compelling sales presentations, effectively negotiating and closing digital advertising deals
    Manage and grow a robust pipeline, consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets
    Collaborate with internal digital teams to create custom marketing solutions that meet client objectives
    Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and successful campaign renewals
    Provide consultative service to clients, offering solutions that meet their digital marketing goals

Qualifications:

    Established track record of digital media sales or related fields, with a proven track record of acquiring new business from local and regional accounts
    Strong existing relationships with local advertisers, particularly in digital marketing
    Expertise in selling SEM, Programmatic Display/Video, Social Media, and Email Marketing
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and close digital solutions
    Consistent track record of exceeding revenue targets and performance KPIs
    Exceptional consultative selling skills, with experience in solution-based sales
    Team-oriented with a focus on both individual and team success
    Proven ability to manage and prioritize a high volume of client accounts and campaigns
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM tools, and lead generation platforms
    IAB Certification or related digital marketing certifications preferred
