What will you be doing?
  • Brand Partnership: Build upon and/or establish new long-term relationships with retail partners. Drive net sales and profitability through monitoring sales, receipts, inventory and markdowns for accuracy and discrepancies on a weekly basis.
  • Provide Strategy: Assure strategic financial plans are in place to maximize wholesale shipments, retail sales and margin goals. Work cross functionally to deliver sales and margin results.
  • Identify opportunities: Identify key item opportunities, perform on-going analysis of current business, and implement the appropriate strategies for growth including advertising and marketing initiatives (promotional/in-store).
  • Negotiate and Influence: Convey ideas and thoughts to internal and external management as it relates to all aspects of our business to gain buy-in.
  • Financial forecasting: Forecast wholesale shipments, returns, allowances and advertising funding, as needed. Maximize key items and fashion inventory considering brand marketing styles, retailer priorities and design trends.

Qualifications that make you the perfect fit!
  • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3+ years sales, buying or planning experience managing key accounts (department stores, discounters, and/or online retailers.)
  • Experience working in fast-paced environment, with great time management.
  • Proven track record of identifying opportunities and growing accounts.
  • Strong Microsoft Office Skills, specifically Excel.
  • SAP and Nuorder Experience preferred.
