MicroDrive LLC seeks an Operations and Sales Executive to build customer relationships, enhance client engagement through influencer marketing, and utilize data analysis to drive impactful business strategies.
MicroDrive LLC is seeking a talented Operations and Sales Executive to focus on a range of tasks from developing brand new accounts to driving expansion across existing accounts, our Sales and Operations team transforms opportunity into action every day.
The goal of this role is to develop relationships with the end-users of the organization and generate meaningful sales. They will do this by championing the way for our partners across various geographical areas, industries, channels, or market segments by interacting with our influencer network through each program’s life cycle guiding them on the path to continued success through creating content that drives foot traffic and engagement. The ideal candidate possesses the ability to efficiently prioritize workflow along with superior relationship-building skills and deep knowledge of data analysis and the social media landscape.

What you’ll achieve: As an Account Executive of Sales, you will be responsible for building strong customer relationships in the field and ensuring an outstanding customer experience with existing and potential customers. As an Account Executive of Sales, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving our operations pipeline and influencer network to generate top-performing content that satisfies our clients’ use cases.
You will: You’ll work alongside industry veterans on challenging projects with team members from many backgrounds and disciplines, increasing your understanding of complex business problems from diverse perspectives and developing new skills and experience to help you at every stage of your career. The following list captures examples of skills you will be able to develop:
- Develop an understanding of customers’ business and social media marketing requirements
- Develop a deep understanding of how to use technology to manage information for decision-making
- Leverage understanding of how data analytics collectively integrates with program construction
- Data analysis and reporting to clients to help track campaign progress during campaigns
- Efficiently collect and analyze program data and other information at the end of the program for reporting and create visual presentations using analysis of data to highlight takeaway
- Oversee the day-to-day upkeep of client accounts, which involves heavy analysis of data collected to effectively communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audience
- Build a systematic methodology using data to evaluate and identify areas of optimization in current business processes
- Create informative visualizations to effectively communicate campaign findings with stakeholders: internal and client-side
- Coordinate and contribute to overall function objectives of best practices for overseeing data usage, data quality, and well-defined analytics to support the business
- Responsible for producing clear and accurate project plan/timeline for incoming client briefs as far forward as possible potential dates for briefing, presentation, and delivery
- Drive program delivery with key focus areas: on-time, on-budget, in-scope, with high quality and stability
- Develop new strategies for increasing engagement
- Execute a multi-tier, multi-industry influencer marketing strategy based on the identified business objectives
- Determine and communicate internal and external action steps and responsibilities for all programs related to their team
- Manage client objectives, expectations, and timelines while communicating changes/directions to internal team members
- Establish and maintain relationships with key contacts while also ensuring that client relationships exist on multiple levels and grow over time
- Develop and maintain high levels of team effectiveness (trust, communication, collaboration, productivity, diversity, engagement)
- Conduct market research and always be familiar with trends, features, and industry landscape to position ourselves as industry experts in social media marketing
- Track social media engagement to identify high-performing ideas and campaigns for scalability
- Identify potential project risks and develop contingency plans
- Apply influencer, social, marketing, and research expertise to conceptualize and execute memorable programs for a variety of audiences that are immune to boring & outdated tactics
- Marketing and maintaining familiarity with effective content styles and trends
- Identify key metrics to measure and iteratively improve upon each round of outreach to consistently deliver improvements on lead conversion
CompensationThe total target compensation range for this position in Texas: $55,000
Essential Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA)
- Familiar with Google Suite tools (sheets, docs, slides, etc.)
- Highly computer literate
- Familiar with Microsoft Office tools, particularly MS Excel
- Extremely organized
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Familiar with social media (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram) and their respective functionalities
- Strong social media marketing skills
- Detail oriented with a proven ability to be proactive in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities and changing requirements
- Understands and deals well with rapid development cycles; remains flexible and calm in the face of uncertainty
- Strong knowledge of influencer marketing from both a B2C and B2B perspective, knows how to balance different types of work and stay on top of the details
- Able to build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships across the organization
- Resourceful and solutions-oriented, always has a solution in mind when managing up
- Experience forming, growing, and maintaining strong client relationships
- Possesses conflict resolution, and facilitates conversation by focusing on openness, honesty, and respect
- Update relevant stakeholders or team members on project progress
- Effectively present work from a delivery standpoint
- Personal computer as MicroDrive will not be providing company laptops
