QUALIFICATIONS
Strong contract management and risk management skills, ability to conduct presentations, proficiency in MS Office (including MS Project), strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, and strong negotiation skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage multiple complex projects, build and foster relationships with customers, grow the roofing service business, communicate with existing customers about service opportunities, attend events and client meetings, and collaborate with local and national teams for marketing efforts.

The Account Manager for Flynn's Commercial Roofing Service Department is responsible for client relationship management, project oversight, and business development to enhance Flynn's roofing service offerings.

- Work with Local and National team to promote Flynn’s brand and services through marketing and social media channels
- Ability to conduct presentations virtually Supporting corporate initiatives and business development objectives.
