QUALIFICATIONS
Must possess a Property & Casualty license or have at least 2 years of insurance industry experience, proven experience in account management or sales, strong communication skills, familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will leverage your skills in sales and account management to develop strategies that enhance our market presence and meet client needs. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a positive attitude and love to be part of a team!
Duties
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met effectively.
- Identify new business opportunities through reviewing existing customer's accounts as well as from inbound calls/emails.
- Collaborate with the Office Manager and/or Agent to create tailored solutions for clients as needed and at renewals.
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track account activity, manage leads, and report on sales performance.
- Quote new business as well as rewrite policies for existing clients.
- Assist in billing, retention, and underwriting alerts through outbound calls and emails.
- Some light filing.
- Answering phones.
- Prepare certificates in a timely manner.
- Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
- Conduct regular reviews with clients to assess their satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
Requirements
- Must have or had in the past a Property & Casualty license and/or have at least 2 years of insurance industry experience.
- Must be punctual.
- Proven experience in account management and/or sales
- Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques, including negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on building rapport with clients.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- A passion for technology and staying current with industry developments.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
