QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in technical support and sales, New Business or Account Management experience in the SaaS data protection and cybersecurity industry, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, economics, or related field is a plus.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain customer relationships, communicate client needs, renew and expand existing accounts, collect and analyze consumer behavior data, resolve complaints, identify industry trends, and collaborate with internal departments to meet client needs.

We are searching for a communicative candidate who is proactive and passionate about company products and the clients they serve. An account manager will act as a point of contact for their clients. They will build long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with their contacts, always striving to find the products which best fit the individual needs of the client. They also aid internal departments by collecting information, such as sales leads or testimonials, assisting in the processing and analysis of client data and complaints, and identifying industry trends.
To succeed in this position, the candidate should have exceptional communication, computer, and problem-solving skills. You should be resourceful, analytical, adaptable, and organized with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Duties:
- Maintaining customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Communicating with clients to understand their needs and suggest upgrades or additional features.
- Renew existing customer accounts
- Expand existing customer accounts
- Building relationships with clients based on trust and respect.
- Answering product-related queries in a timely manner.
- Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment.
- Collecting and analyzing data to learn more about consumer behavior.
- Maintaining updated knowledge of company products and services.
- Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes.
- Identifying industry trends.
- Acting as a client advocate with a focus on improving the buyer experience.
Expectations:
- Experience in technical support and sales.
- New Business and/or Account Management experience in the SaaS data protection and cybersecurity industry.
- Good technical and product knowledge.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Working knowledge of sales software.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, or related field is a plus
