Client Care Specialist Responsibilities
- Interact With Clients to Review Account Delivables & Expectations
- Create + Present Monthly Reports and Data
- Update Clients Via Email and Phone On Campaign Progress
- Act as a Client Liaison - answering any questions from potential or current clients
- Check email communications and notify the team of any urgent tasks
- Communicate with the team on what tasks are in motion and what needs prioritization.
Client Care Specialist Qualifications
- Great communicator and multitasker, detail-oriented

- Must be able to work in a fast-paced startup environment

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday- 8:30 am-4 pm
- Full-time employment with a 90-day trial. No contract work
- Remote work: Full-time in office for the trial period, and then the opportunity to work remotely 2 days per week

- Denver, CO 80203: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
