Here, you will join a champion startup that works together to help grateful clients get their SEO to its peak. We are a team of SEO experts, web developers, and content creators dedicated to our client's success - to help them start getting more leads + traffic.

Client Care Specialist Responsibilities

  • Interact With Clients to Review Account Delivables & Expectations
  • Create + Present Monthly Reports and Data
  • Update Clients Via Email and Phone On Campaign Progress
  • Act as a Client Liaison - answering any questions from potential or current clients
  • Check email communications and notify the team of any urgent tasks
  • Communicate with the team on what tasks are in motion and what needs prioritization.

Client Care Specialist Qualifications

  • Great communicator and multitasker, detail-oriented
  • Positive attitude, good work ethic, and integrity
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced startup environment

Experience level:

  • 2 years

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday- 8:30 am-4 pm
  • Full-time employment with a 90-day trial. No contract work
  • Remote work: Full-time in office for the trial period, and then the opportunity to work remotely 2 days per week

Ability to commute:

  • Denver, CO 80203: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
