- Build and maintain trusted client relationships by delivering consistent, media-centered solutions tailored to healthcare clients.
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of each clients business, industry trends, competitive landscape, and objectives to support strategic media recommendations.
- Maintain open, proactive communication with clients, keeping them informed and confident in the agencys approach and deliverables.
- Support the senior Account staff in promoting Agency technology offerings and media expertise, positioning the agency as a key strategic partner.
- Assist in the creation and execution of data-driven media strategies, collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure alignment with client objectives.
- Work with senior Account staff to identify new growth opportunities by proposing media solutions that address evolving client needs.
- Develop and present project briefs, marketing plans, and strategies for client initiatives, aligning all materials with the agencys data-focused, media-first approach.
- Manage the execution of client campaigns across digital media, ensuring accuracy, quality, and adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Monitor campaign performance with a data-driven mindset, analyzing metrics and optimizing strategies in collaboration with internal analytics and media teams.
- Partner with the Digital Operations team to ensure that the internal team has clear client direction and all necessary resources to achieve success.
- Prepare performance analyses and reports to support campaign evaluations, providing insights to inform future client strategies.
- Stay informed on emerging media channels, technologies, and industry trends, proactively applying new approaches to benefit clients.
- Encourage forward-thinking and adaptability within the team, promoting the adoption of innovative media and technology solutions.
- Support senior Account staff in providing guidance and direction to the account team, fostering a collaborative, results-driven culture.
- Offer mentorship and development opportunities for junior account staff, creating a positive and supportive environment for professional growth.
- Coordinate with internal departments, including creative, media, and technology, to deliver integrated client solutions that leverage the agencys strengths in healthcare media and technology.
- 5+ years of agency account management experience, with a strong focus on media strategy in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries
- Experience in digital media, paid media strategy, and analytics/reporting, with an understanding of healthcare system dynamics
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships with a focus on delivering value through media and technology
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively
