Account Coordinator
Job Summary
Mittcom, a full-service marketing agencies, seeks a talented Account Coordinator to join a growing integrated marketing team. In this client-facing role, you will collaborate across departments—including broadcast TV and radio, digital and social media, events/out-of-home, production, and influencer relations—and take primary responsibility for coordinating all account-related tasks.
Ideal candidates will have proven experience in traffic and project management, handling budgets and billing deadlines, and overseeing projects from creative development through production to final delivery. This role offers significant growth opportunities within the agency's account management team.
Responsibilities
- Act as the link between internal agency stakeholders, ensuring productive, ongoing communication
- Manage client & agency projects, and actively contribute to agency-wide planning
- Develop expertise in clients’ business, understanding their goals & positioning within specific industries
- Actively participate in client meetings, ensuring that communication is documented, and action items are tracked for delegation to internal agency stakeholders
- Lead daily stand up / traffic meetings, to assign & manage production & reporting items
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field of study
- Superlative time management, and attention to detail – especially under pressure
- Minimum 1-2 years marketing coordination or agency coordination experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Discretion, honesty, and integrity
- Strong written & verbal communication skills
- Functional understanding of brand & marketing strategy, and the integration of digital & social media into holistic brand & campaign plans
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for marketing, including digital & social media
- Additional Technical Skills to highlight: experience with Photoshop / Adobe Creative Suite, Affinity Photo, MOZ, Google Analytics, SemRush, etc.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
