Account Executive
Overview: Pacific Crest Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Executive to join our team. As a leading provider of financial and human resource services to small and mid-sized businesses, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality solutions that empower our clients to thrive. The Senior Sales Executive will play a pivotal role in driving our business growth by leveraging their extensive network and expertise in sales within the financial and consulting services industry.
Responsibilities: Strategic Sales Leadership: + Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company growth objectives. + Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and industry events. + Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target industries. * Client Relationship Management: + Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business needs and offering tailored solutions. + Lead negotiations and contract discussions, ensuring favorable outcomes for both the client and Pacific Crest Group. + Provide ongoing support and account management to foster long-term partnerships. * Market Expansion and Development: + Expand market presence and brand awareness through effective marketing strategies and initiatives. + Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth. + Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to enhance sales collateral and promotional materials. * Team Collaboration:* + Work closely with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with company objectives. + Mentor and coach junior sales staff, sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance team performance. + Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes excellence and innovation.
Qualifications:* Proven track record of success in sales within the consulting services industry, with at least 7 years of experience in a sales role. * Strong network of contacts and relationships within relevant industries, particularly among small and mid-sized businesses. * Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Demonstrated ability to lead complex sales cycles and close high-value deals. * Experience using CRM systems * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
