What’s the position?
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute user acquisition strategies to drive growth and engagement for social casino apps.
- Manage DSP campaigns, including setup, optimization, and performance tracking.
- Plan and optimize native advertising campaigns for scalability and efficiency.
- Oversee in-app affiliate marketing efforts, building and maintaining strong relationships with partners.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and implement A/B testing to improve results.
- Collaborate with creative, analytics, and product teams to align campaigns with company objectives.
- Leverage in-depth knowledge of the social casino or iGaming industry to identify opportunities and optimize campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies to inform UA strategies.
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in user acquisition, with expertise in DSPs, native ads, and affiliate marketing.
- High-level knowledge of the social casino or iGaming industry, including market dynamics and player behavior.
- Strong knowledge of mobile marketing channels and campaign management tools.
- Analytical mindset with experience in using data analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau).
- Proven ability to optimize campaigns for ROI and user LTV.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Preferred: Experience in the social casino or iGaming sector
