Seeking an experienced acquisition marketing analyst to drive data-driven strategies and optimize marketing performance for DISH's Boost Mobile and Gen Mobile brands.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
We are seeking an experienced acquisition marketing analyst to join our team and take the lead analyzing our acquisition marketing performance. In this role, you will serve as the main point of contact for marketing stakeholders and our marketing partners, providing insights and analysis on acquisition efficiency, mix, strategy, etc. in order to optimize performance and customer quality. Additionally, this role will collaborate closely with our customer lifecycle analytics and marketing data science teams for cross functional analytics leveraging insights throughout our organization. Your leadership will be crucial in driving innovative data-driven strategies to enhance our marketing efficiency and strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Analysis: Utilize analytics tools to gather, analyze, and interpret data related to website traffic, user behavior, conversion rates, and sales performance on both the eCommerce website and Amazon.com
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic sources, click-through rates, conversion rates, average order value, and return on ad spend (ROAS) to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Digital Acquisition Strategy: Develop and implement digital acquisition strategies to drive qualified traffic and increase sales on the eCommerce website and Amazon.com; this may include search engine optimization (SEO), paid advertising (PPC), social media marketing, email marketing, affiliate marketing, and other digital channels
  • Campaign Optimization: Optimize marketing campaigns across various digital channels to improve ROI and maximize sales; conduct A/B tests, multivariate tests, and audience segmentation to identify the most effective strategies and tactics
  • Amazon Marketplace Management: Manage the Amazon Seller Central account, including product listings, pricing strategies, inventory management, advertising campaigns, and performance optimization to increase visibility, sales, and profitability on the platform
  • Competitive Analysis: Monitor competitor activity and market trends on both the eCommerce website and Amazon.com; identify opportunities for differentiation, product positioning, and promotional strategies to gain a competitive edge
  • Reporting and Insights: Prepare regular reports and dashboards to communicate performance metrics, insights, and actionable recommendations to stakeholders; provide insights into customer behavior, purchasing patterns, and market dynamics to inform decision-making and strategy development
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, marketing partners, product marketing, and IT to align marketing analytics efforts with business objectives and priorities; collaborate on campaign planning, execution, and optimization
  • Continuous Learning and Innovation: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing analytics, digital marketing, and eCommerce; proactively seek out opportunities for innovation and experimentation to drive business growth
Skills, Experience and Requirements:
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field
  • 3+ years experience as a Marketing Analyst, Digital Marketing Specialist, or similar role, preferably in eCommerce and/or Amazon marketplace management
  • 3+ years in data analysis and visualization tools such as SQL, Python, Tableau, Google Analytics, or Adobe Analytics

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and interpret large datasets
  • Familiarity with eCommerce platforms (e.g., Magento, Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento) and Amazon marketplace dynamics
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Amazon Marketing Cloud, and other relevant tools
  • Familiarity with statistical analysis techniques, A/B testing methodologies, and marketing attribution modeling
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and optimization
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
