Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative and Marketing Support Specialist to join our team. This role will involve providing general administrative support, assisting with marketing efforts, and contributing to the nonprofit success team. The ideal candidate will be organized, tech-savvy, and able to handle a variety of tasks to ensure smooth operations within our digital marketing agency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Administrative Support

  • Assist Human Resources and Office Management with various administrative tasks.
  • Perform general office duties, including answering main phone lines, redirecting calls, and taking messages.
  • File and organize documents, both physical and electronic.
  • Occasional errands for the leadership team.

2. Marketing Support

  • Social Media: Schedule and post content across social media platforms, monitor channels for mentions and engagement, and analyze metrics to provide insights for improvement.
  • Email Contact List: Manage and update email contact lists.
  • Copywriting: Assist with drafting and editing marketing copy.
  • SEO Support: Conduct keyword research, track keyword rankings, and assist with on-page SEO tasks such as optimizing meta tags and headers.

3. Office Management Support

  • Manage office supplies and inventory.
  • Assist with general office organization and cleanliness.

4. Nonprofit Success Team Support

  • Conduct market research and gather competitive intelligence.
  • Perform quality assurance testing of PWI tool feature updates and website updates.
  • Enter and organize data in Salesforce.

Experience:

  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting data and trends (Preffered)
  • Knowledge of social media marketing strategies (Preferred)
  • Ability to write compelling copy for various marketing materials (Preffered)
  • Understanding of performance marketing techniques (Preferred)
  • Basic knowledge of Constant Contact for email campaigns (Preffered)
  • Proficiency in Canva for graphic design tasks (Preferred)
  • Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM system (Preffered)
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and practices (Preffered)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $35,000.00 per year
