Detail-oriented Office Assistant needed at an internet marketing firm to handle document creation and administration, supporting business growth and client engagement.

Job Basics

We are looking for a very detail-oriented and observant Office Assistant that can work quickly and efficiently. This person should know Microsoft Office very well and should be extremely comfortable using computers that use a Windows operating system.

We are an internet marketing firm. We help businesses grow and expand through means of the internet and lead generation. Your main responsibility will be creating and formatting research documents for our clients. You will also handle other administrative tasks such as reaching out to clients to update or inquire about services they have ordered, communication system errors within the office, and other basic office tasks.

We are in a time of expansion in the company so, different responsibilities may be added and taken away depending on office needs at the time. So flexibility is also a key characteristic we are looking for.

Requirements

  • Must be a pro when it comes to computer literacy; especially Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to type accurately and efficiently while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills as needed.
  • Comfortability talking over the phone in a professional manner with business owners in a big plus

This is a 9-5, in-office position. Not remote work. We have a very nice office with a cool and pretty much endless coffee machine.
