THE ROLE

The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, solid knowledge of basic business practices, and excellent oral and written communication. The role is Monday thru Friday during standard business hours, however, flexibility is key to attend work related shows/events as necessary.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

  • Draft and negotiate contracts, including, without limitation, licensing, artwork acquisitions agreements, and visual media licenses.
  • manage business calendar, schedule internal and external meetings, submit expense reports, coordinate travel for CEO; manage meetings/schedule for GM
  • Act as a point of contact for internal team, clients, and external partners - responsible for information flow, coordination of logistics for meetings, execution of organizational responsibilities as needed .
  • Manage and maintain artist and producer calendars including coordinating and scheduling studio sessions, promotional activity, travel, meetings. Facilitate internal/external communication, organize catalogs and track deliverables, splits, release dates, and payments
  • Project support across roster: Assist with delegated projects, providing support through research, data compilation, and various tasks as needed.
  • Attend and participate in company meetings, shows / events, as on-site support, and a representative of the company as required

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

  • This is an entry level position
  • Associates or Bachelor's degree in Business, Music, Marketing, Communications, English or related subject is welcome, but not required
  • Previous experience in the Music or Entertainment industry preferred in the form of internships or other proven interest in the industry
  • Exceptional attention to detail, excellent organizational and analytical skills, and the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain confidentiality in handling and processing confidential information and data
  • Organize and prioritize a variety of projects and multiple tasks in an effective and timely manner
  • Establish, maintain, and foster positive and effective working relationships with those contacted in the course of work
  • Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and Google docs/spreadsheets
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, etc.)
