Schedule: 20+ hours per week
Compensation: $20–$25 per hour (commensurate with experience)

Key ResponsibilitiesTransaction Management
- Oversee the contract-to-close process, ensuring all deadlines are met and compliance standards are maintained.
- Coordinate with clients, agents, lenders, and title companies to facilitate seamless transactions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date transaction records.
Marketing
- Create and manage social media content, email campaigns, and marketing materials to promote listings and team brand.
- Collaborate on advertising strategies and property promotion plans.
- Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
Data Input and Organization
- Maintain the team’s CRM system with current client information, property details, and follow-up schedules.
- Input and track key data for listings, sales, and team performance.
Vendor Coordination
- Liaise with photographers, stagers, contractors, and other service providers to prepare listings for the market.
- Schedule and manage property maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
Event Planning
- Plan and execute client appreciation events and other team-hosted gatherings.
- Manage event logistics, budgets, and communications.
Property Management
- Assist with coordinating inspections, showings, and tenant/vendor interactions for managed properties.
- Monitor property condition and resolve issues as they arise.
Research and Communication
- Conduct market research and prepare reports for the team.
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients, providing updates and addressing questions promptly.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in real estate, marketing, or administrative roles (real estate experience preferred).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM platforms, Google Workspace, and social media tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation and availability for occasional in-office tasks or events.
