CFA is seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant to support office operations, ensuring client commitments are met through various administrative tasks.

Corporate Finance Associates (CFA) is a merger & acquisition advisory firm working with business owners to sell their companies. Position Overview

CFA is seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant to support the operations of our office in Plymouth, MN. In this position, you will complete weekly administrative and clerical tasks to reinforce our unwavering commitment to our clients’ needs.

Position Details

  • Expected Hours: 10-20 per week
  • Remote work available. Infrequent office visits may be required.

Core Duties

  • Marketing Outreach — Manage our email blasting both for our marketing purposes and for reaching out to prospective buyers.
  • Research — Be facile with our research databases which we use to identify strategic buyers for our deals.
  • Database Management — Maintain, update and work within our proprietary database of private equity and other financial investors/buyers. Additionally, work within our secure data room which we use to post comprehensive information about our clients to interested buyers.
  • Other Clerical — Tasks such as label printing, mail merging, supply ordering, etc.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar position.
  • High degree of professionalism.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbally.
  • Strong technology skills, experience using Microsoft products such as Outlook and Excel.
  • Experience using Mailchimp, QuickBooks and/or internal databases (preferred but not required).
