SHORT DESCRIPTION

Seeking a dynamic Receptionist and Marketing Assistant to enhance member experience and support marketing initiatives at Somerby Golf Club.

Facilities: At Somerby Golf Club, our traditions of excellent service, a caring and friendly staff, and outstanding amenities combine to create relationships that last a lifetime. The 18-hole championship course is accompanied by a 35,000-square-foot clubhouse, pool, tennis courts, two restaurants, fitness facility, Kids Klub and more.

Position Summary: Somerby Golf Club is seeking a dynamic and organized individual to serve as our Receptionist and Marketing Assistant. This dual role combines front-desk responsibilities with marketing and membership support to ensure a seamless member experience and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet members, guests, and vendors with professionalism and a welcoming attitude. Handle phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries, and assist with scheduling and reservations.
  • Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and manage engaging content across the club’s social media platforms to promote events, activities, and membership benefits.
  • Membership/ Marketing Communications: Develop and send push notifications about club happenings and events. Assist in promotional digital marketing throughout club.
  • Membership Coordination: Provide administrative support for membership initiatives, including onboarding new members, maintaining member records, and responding to membership inquiries.
  • Event Assistance: Collaborate with the events team to promote and coordinate club events, ensuring a high-quality experience for all participants.

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms, email marketing tools, and basic design software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer service experience with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, member-focused environment and has a passion for both hospitality and marketing.

Compensation Range: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
