85% marketing tasks including event organization, promotional presentations, website and social media management, and marketing strategy development; 15% administrative tasks including customer service, clerical duties, calendar management, and front desk operations.

Job Role:
- Marketing 85%
- Administrative 15%
Marketing Responsibilities:
- Organize and attend promotional/conference events to facilitate their success.
- Prepare and deliver promotional presentations; create traditional and digital marketing campaigns.
- Develop marketing literature (brochures, press releases) to enhance company's market presence.
- Manage and update company website and social media accounts, including content creation and posting.
- Oversee PR newswire relationship and press release distribution.
- Manage promotional items budget, selection, and inventory.
- Conduct SEO optimization and manage Google Ads campaigns.
- Develop marketing strategies.
Administrative Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing all inquiries professionally.
- Manage front desk operations, including visitor reception and security procedures.
- Complete administrative projects and arrange travel for manager as assigned.
- Handle incoming calls, mail, and deliveries efficiently.
- Maintain an organized reception area and office supplies.
- Perform clerical duties including data entry, filing, and document management.
- Manage CEO's calendar and meetings.
- Maintain confidentiality and use discretion in information handling.
- Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and maintain efficiency.
- Operate office equipment and perform general office tasks as needed.
Essential Functions and Competencies:
- Ability to be on-site full time.
- Ability to attend required business meetings - in person, or video call in, as coordinated.
- Ability to work with a team and thrive in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced and dynamic environment with a demonstrated record of achievement.
- Excellence in business communications including written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal and critical thinking skills.
- A high level of professionalism and integrity, highly organized, works well under pressure and balances multiple priorities.

- Professional business-like manner and appearance, as this role is the first person to greet our business customers, clients, and guests.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and Google Applications.
- A positive attitude, enthusiasm, and passion for aviation.
- Knowledge of aviation industry accounting standards and regulations, preferred.
- 10% travel and driving required for events and conferences. A valid driver's license and the minimum required auto insurance must be maintained at all times.
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- 4+ years of experience in administrative and marketing roles combined required.
- Proven work experience as an assistant, or related job role in a professional business environment required.
- Intermediate experience in CRM’s such as Hubspot required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Products (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc), Apple Products including laptop, electronic calendars, and WordPress required.
- Aviation experience required.
- Intermediate experience in operating office equipment/technology required.
- Social Media content creation (photo and video) experience required.
- Experience in Canva and Adobe Systems for content and presentation creation required.
- 2+ years of SEO and Google Ads experience required.
- Experience building a social media account personal or professional to over 10k followers preferred.

Compensation:
Pay Range: $70,000-$80,000
Benefits: Highly subsidized family benefits.
