Special Mothers In Action is looking for a bilingual Administrative Specialist to support non-profit operations, digital marketing, and community engagement in Miami.
Special Mothers In Action is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Administrative Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate is bilingual (Spanish and English) with expertise in non-profit administration, digital marketing, and social media management. This role is perfect for a professional passionate about advancing the mission of our organization and supporting community development within the Miami area.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
Manage daily administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and maintaining documentation.
Coordinate events, meetings, and workshops that align with organizational goals.
Maintain accurate records and prepare reports for stakeholders and funders.
Non-Profit Operations:
Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement impactful programs.
Oversee grant applications and ensure compliance with funding requirements.
Build and maintain relationships with community partners, donors, and volunteers.
Digital Marketing & Social Media Management:
Create, schedule, and manage engaging content across social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter).
Monitor analytics and adjust strategies to improve reach, engagement, and performance.
Community Engagement:
Act as a liaison between the organization and Spanish-speaking communities.
Facilitate bilingual communication to promote inclusivity and accessibility.
Represent the organization at community events and networking opportunities.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in non-profit administration or a similar role.
Proficiency in digital marketing and social media tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics).
Fluent in Spanish and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Passionate about community empowerment and development.
Must have transportation
