RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide excellent customer service, create graphic design marketing materials, explore business growth opportunities, analyze data to generate insights, manage email marketing and databases, oversee transaction paperwork and contracts, maintain social media presence, and develop new systems for leadership.

A top real estate team in Northern NJ is seeking an Administrative Assistant/Marketing Manager who is a dedicated and upbeat team player with strong communication and people skills. We are a client-centered business and owe our success to our team of talented, caring professionals who share a common vision of growth. The team leader is looking for a candidate who is self-starter, highly motivated to succeed and is ambitious to grow the real estate team and themselves. The applicant must possess a high degree of pride in the level of work they provide. Attention to detail, being super organized, having the team follow systems and creativeness is imperative. The ideal candidate should possess the following:

  • Strong communication skills (verbal, reading, writing) and interperonal skills
  • Self-motivation, initiative, and ability to follow through tasks to completion
  • Problem solver with analytical ability
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks.
  • Competence in MS Word, Excel, Canva and various other Internet platforms
  • Eye for detail and accuracy
  • Experience in real estate paperwork or similar administrative tasks is a plus but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Excellent customer service is imperative
  • Graphic Design for marketing materials- Canva experience a is a MUST
  • Look for ways to grow the business, must be creative and willing to try new ideas
  • Ability to analyze data and create actionable insights.
  • Email marketing and database management through Mailchimp
  • Transaction Management- do paperwork & contracts for Agents on Team
  • Oversee all contracts through closing
  • Social Media creativity- ability to do reels, posts and make the team brand stand out
  • Creative thinker who is willing to try new ideas and approaches.
  • Research and develop new systems that will benefit leadership

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
