QUALIFICATIONS
RN or LPN License (Required), strong understanding of Long Term Care admissions processes, experience in marketing preferred, excellent communication skills, detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities, and ability to maintain community relationships.

Coordinate the admissions process for new residents, respond to inquiries from potential residents and hospitals, evaluate medical records for eligibility, conduct campus tours, maintain accurate applicant records, and collaborate with various departments for effective information flow.

The Admissions Coordinator manages the marketing and admissions process for prospective residents ensuring a seamless experience from inquiry to admission in a respected non-profit long-term care facility.

Position Requirements:
- Coordinate and facilitate the admissions process for new resident admissions for both Skilled and Long Term Care populations
-Ability to discern medical information and understand insurance compliance, medication needs and have working knowledge of MDS coding
- Respond promptly to inquiries from potential residents, families and acute care hospitals regarding admissions criteria, and application procedures
- Review and evaluate medical records and resident applications to determine eligibility for admission
- Collaborate with nursing management, therapy and administrative departments to ensure accurate information is provided and obtained for residents, families and outside facilities regarding the admissions process
- Conduct campus tours and participate in recruitment events to attract prospective residents and engaging with marketing efforts in the community
- Maintain accurate records of applicant data and admissions decisions
*Qualifications*
- Strong understanding of Long Term Care and Skilled/Rehab admissions process and performance marketing strategies
- Experience in advertising sales or e-commerce is a plus
- Proficiency in social media marketing, and other digital marketing channels is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with diverse audiences
- Detail-oriented with extremely strong organizational skills
-High attention to detail and extreme sense of professionalism as this position is the first point of public contact
- Ability to work independently with integrity and as part of a team
-Ability to maintain strong relationships in the community and follow up care of families and residents upon discharge is an expectation
