Position: Admissions Director – Long-Term Care Facility
Location: Bedford Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, Bedford, NH

Bedford Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is looking for a compassionate and experienced Admissions Director to join our leadership team. If you’re an experienced healthcare professional with a passion for making a positive impact, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire admissions process, ensuring a seamless and compassionate experience for prospective residents and their families
• Manage and nurture relationships with referral sources, physicians, hospitals, and community partners
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to assess residents’ needs and ensure high-quality care is provided
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve and maintain optimal occupancy levels
• Stay current with industry regulations and compliance standards
• Provide exceptional customer service while demonstrating empathy, professionalism, and understanding in all interactions

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of the long-term care industry and related regulations
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to lead a team while maintaining a collaborative approach in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for enhancing the quality of life for seniors and their families
• Previous experience in admissions, healthcare marketing, or a similar leadership role is preferred
