Job Title: Adult Family Home Care Consultant/Marketer (Part-Time)

Location: Federal Way, Washington

We are seeking a part-time Adult Family Home Care Consultant/Marketer who holds a CNA license and has a deep understanding of the adult family home (AFH) business. This role is pivotal in promoting our services and connecting our home with potential clients, referral partners, and care professionals in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Outreach & Networking:

• Visit hospitals, senior living communities, home care agencies, care management companies, home health providers, hospice organizations, senior centers, business associations, chambers of commerce, independent living facilities, retirement communities, assisted living facilities, rehabilitation facilities, adult day care centers, lawyers, doctors’ offices, and other senior-related businesses or non-profits.

• Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with referral sources and stakeholders.

2. Promotion & Marketing:

• Actively promote Evolving Adult Home Care’s services, emphasizing bed vacancies and the personalized care offered.

• Provide informational materials, answer questions, and educate partners about the benefits of AFH services.

• Participate in community events, expos, and fairs to increase visibility and build brand awareness.

3. Strategic Planning:

• Identify and pursue new opportunities for client referrals and partnerships.

• Collaborate with management to develop targeted marketing strategies tailored to specific facilities and organizations.

4. Data Collection & Reporting:

• Track outreach efforts, referral leads, and feedback from partners.

• Provide regular updates and insights to the management team to refine outreach strategies.

Qualifications:

• Current CNA license with knowledge and experience in adult family home care.

• Proven understanding of the AFH industry, including referral dynamics and client needs.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build lasting professional relationships.

• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for frequent local travel.

Preferred Skills:

• Previous experience in marketing, sales, or community outreach within the healthcare or senior care industry.

• Familiarity with senior living resources and networks in Washington State.

Schedule & Compensation:

• Flexible part-time hours, approximately 15-20 hours per week, with the possibility of additional hours based on business needs.

• Competitive hourly rate with performance-based incentives for successful referrals and partnerships.
