Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and self-motivated Advanced Practice Esthetician who excels in providing advanced skincare treatments while leveraging social media to grow their personal brand and enhance the clinic's online presence. The ideal candidate will have a passion for aesthetics, possess extensive knowledge of skincare and cosmetic procedures, and be proficient in using social media platforms to market their services and engage with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Aesthetic Services:
• Provide advanced aesthetic treatments, such as facials, chemical peels, laser therapy, light therapy, microneedling, and more.
• Conduct skin consultations to evaluate clients’ needs and design customized treatment plans.
• Administer medical-grade skincare products and recommend post-treatment care.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and professional environment by adhering to all health and safety regulations.
• Social Media Management:
• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and others to increase brand visibility and client engagement.
• Create engaging content, including before-and-after photos, client testimonials, educational videos, live Q&A sessions, and posts about trending aesthetic treatments.
• Utilize social media to promote seasonal offers, new services, or special events.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries, comments, and messages to foster positive relationships and drive bookings.
• Maintain consistency in brand messaging and aesthetic tone across all social media channels.
• Track social media analytics and adjust content strategy to optimize engagement and client conversion.
• Client Relations & Retention:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and follow-up consultations.
• Encourage clients to share their experiences on social media and encourage reviews on platforms like Google.
• Offer guidance on home skincare routines and products tailored to individual needs.
• Address client concerns or queries in a professional and supportive manner.
• Professional Development & Knowledge Sharing:
• Stay up-to-date on the latest trends, treatments, and technologies in the medical aesthetics field.
• Participate in continuing education, certifications, and training to enhance skill sets and stay ahead of industry developments.
• Share knowledge of skincare techniques and aesthetic treatments via blog posts, newsletters, or webinars, positioning yourself as an expert in the field.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a licensed Advanced Practice Esthetician with certification in relevant treatments and procedures (e.g., laser, microneedling, etc.).
• Proven experience in a clinical or medical aesthetics setting.
• Strong understanding of skincare, anatomy, and cosmetic procedures.
• Expertise in social media marketing, including content creation, audience engagement, and analytics.
• Ability to create visually appealing and informative content for social media platforms.
• Strong communication skills and ability to connect with clients online and in-person.
• Self-starter with a passion for personal branding and growing an online presence.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with influencer marketing or collaboration.
• Knowledge of SEO and paid social media campaigns (Meta Ads, Instagram Promotions, etc.).
• A strong online portfolio or presence with a proven track record of successful social media campaigns.
• Experience with Modernizing Medicine EHR software a plus.

Working Conditions:

• Full-time (40 hours per week)
• Hourly wage + Commission + Tips.
• Commission is paid monthly and is based upon treatment and product sales. No upper limit on earnings.
• Competitive compensation package, with benefits, depending on experience and performance.

Pay: $43,680.00 - $83,680.00 per year
