Seeking a dynamic Advertising and Marketing Manager to drive brand growth and visibility for a luxury Hair Salon and MedSpa in Phoenix.

Job Description:

As the Advertising and Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, attract new clients, and build long-term customer loyalty. This role requires a creative thinker with strong organizational and analytical skills, capable of delivering impactful campaigns and elevating our online and offline presence.

Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy & Execution:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans, focusing on lead generation, brand positioning, and audience engagement.
  • Collaborate with the management team to set goals, timelines, and budgets.
  • Design and manage paid advertising campaigns across social media, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms.
  • Track ROI and make data-driven decisions to maximize ad effectiveness.
  • Ensure all marketing materials reflect our luxury brand identity and values.
  • Develop compelling messaging and visual assets to attract affluent women aged 20-40.
  • Engage with clients through personalized email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and promotions.
  • Leverage reviews, testimonials, and influencer partnerships to build credibility.
  • Organize and promote events, product launches, and exclusive VIP experiences.
  • Partner with local businesses and influencers to expand community reach.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics, including campaign success, social media growth, and website traffic.
  • Continuously optimize strategies based on insights and feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in beauty, wellness, or luxury industries.
  • Proven success in social media marketing and digital advertising.
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
  • Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and social media scheduling software.
  • Familiarity with SEO, Google Analytics, and CRM tools.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and creative environment.
  • Passion for beauty, aesthetics, and the luxury service industry.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $22.37 - $23.35 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week

Benefits:

  • Paid time off

  • 4 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift
