IN YOUR NEW ROLE
Boosted Commerce is seeking a creative and strategic thinker to join our content marketing advertising team as an Advertising Content Manager. This individual will oversee incoming content from our brands and influencers, develop storyboards to optimize key messaging, and manage the creation of advertising deliverables that drive conversions across our DTC channels. They will work closely with junior video editing staff to bring storyboards to life by combining footage and branded graphics. Additionally, they will use analytics and data to continuously improve advertising performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and review all incoming brand and user-generated video content (UGC).
- Identify strong content hooks and develop storyboards for advertising creative, ensuring alignment with established brand aesthetics.
- Manage and delegate tasks to junior video editing staff, providing creative direction to ensure timely, on-brief, and on-brand project delivery.
- Review and approve work from junior staff to maintain quality and consistency.
- Collaborate with internal teams (designers, copywriters, PR, SEO specialists, etc.) to ensure alignment with overarching marketing initiatives.
- Monitor video ad performance and optimize creative deliverables based on metrics such as engagement, retention, and conversion rates.
- Test and refine formats, pacing, and messaging, including experimenting with short-form educational videos or customer testimonials, and pivoting strategy as needed to improve performance.
TO BE THE BEST FIT FOR THIS ROLE YOU NEED
- Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator.
- Strong communication and organizational skills to manage cross-functional workflows and ensure on-time project delivery.
- Creative mindset with keen attention to detail.
- Solid understanding of performance metrics and optimization techniques.
- Awareness of trends in beauty, wellness, and personal care industries.
- Familiarity with current video editing trends, production techniques, and emerging platforms.
- Experience managing junior staff members.
- Ability to self-manage timelines and projects while also leading a team and participating in meetings.

- Strong proficiency with design and video editing software.
- Familiarity with project management tools like Asana, Monday, or Airtable.
