This role is ideal for someone passionate about leveraging paid advertising platforms to drive growth and optimize performance across multiple channels.

Job Responsibilities

As a Digital Advertising Specialist, you will:

Paid Media Strategy and Execution

  • Develop, implement, and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Create compelling ad copy and design engaging creatives tailored to target audiences.
  • Perform keyword research and selection to maximize ROI for PPC campaigns.
  • Execute A/B testing for ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to improve performance.
  • Optimize campaigns for key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROI.

Campaign Optimization

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance in real-time, making adjustments as needed to improve results.
  • Manage budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation of ad spend.
  • Develop strategies for retargeting and display campaigns to increase conversions.
  • Implement and optimize pixel tracking and conversion goals.

Technical Integration Expertise

  • Ensure seamless integration with tools like:
  • Facebook API
  • Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
  • Google Search Console
  • Google Tag Manager (GTM)
  • Ad Pixels and UTMs.

Analytics and Reporting

  • Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Analyze data from Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other platforms to measure campaign success.
  • Identify trends and opportunities for scaling campaigns and improving strategies.

SEO/SEM Management

  • Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis for SEO and SEM campaigns.
  • Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
  • Optimize SEM efforts for maximum performance.

Tool Proficiency

  • Hands-on experience with SEM/SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
  • Familiarity with tools for keyword research, analytics, and performance tracking.

Collaboration and Innovation

  • Work closely with the content and creative teams to align ad campaigns with overall marketing strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide innovative ideas for new campaigns.

QualificationsEducation and Certifications:

  • Experience, confidence, and results with digital advertising & SEO is more important than a degree.
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or other relevant platforms are a plus.

Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience managing digital ad campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
  • Experience with A/B testing, audience targeting, and data analysis.

Skills:

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines effectively.
  • Creative mindset with a knack for problem-solving.
