Position Overview
Ray Advertising, a globally recognized performance marketing agency specializing in Pay Per Call, affiliate marketing, and lead generation, is seeking an experienced Affiliate Manager to join our growing team. This individual will be responsible for managing and expanding our affiliate partnerships, driving performance across multiple verticals (insurance, home services, finance, legal, mass tort, and nutra), and ensuring the successful execution of our affiliate marketing strategies.
The ideal candidate must have a deep understanding of affiliate marketing best practices, lead generation, and trends, along with hands-on experience in call tracking tools like Ringba and affiliate tracking/reporting platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Affiliate Program Management:
- Identify, recruit, and onboard high-performing affiliates to expand the network.
- Build strong relationships with affiliate partners to ensure retention and engagement.
- Negotiate competitive commission structures and payout terms with affiliates.
Campaign Optimization:
- Monitor affiliate performance metrics (e.g., conversions, click-through rates, and ROI) to ensure optimal performance.
- Optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights and industry benchmarks.
- Ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and brand guidelines across all affiliate campaigns.
Lead Generation and PPC Management:
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies specific to the Pay Per Call industry.
- Collaborate with the media buying team to align affiliate activities with Pay Per Call campaigns.
Tracking and Reporting:
- Utilize affiliate tracking and reporting tools to monitor program success and generate performance reports.
- Leverage call tracking software such as Ringba to analyze and optimize call-based campaigns.
Market Analysis and Strategy:
- Stay updated on affiliate marketing trends, networks, and emerging technologies.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
- Develop and execute strategic initiatives to improve affiliate acquisition and retention.
Required Knowledge and SkillsKey Capabilities:
- In-depth understanding of affiliate marketing best practices, networks, and industry trends.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Solid knowledge of compliance requirements and risk management in affiliate marketing.

- Expertise in scaling affiliate programs for global audiences.
- Strong understanding of performance metrics and ability to optimize campaigns for results.
- Ability to integrate affiliate marketing strategies with broader business goals.
Technical Skills
- Call Tracking Software: Hands-on experience with tools such as Ringba is highly desirable.
- Reporting and Analytics: Strong ability to use Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar tools for data-driven decision-making.
- Lead Generation Expertise: Knowledge of PPC strategies and their integration with affiliate marketing.
- CRM: Salesforce, HubSpot or similar

Experience and Education

- Proven track record of managing successful affiliate campaigns.
- Experience with Pay Per Call campaigns and performance marketing is highly preferred.
Physical Demands:
- Ability to work for extended periods on a computer.
