QUALIFICATIONS
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field, with a minimum of 2 years of experience as an Affiliate Manager, preferably in online lead generation in the short-term lending and/or mortgage vertical.

Recruit and manage affiliates, provide performance evaluation and optimization suggestions, maintain communication with affiliates, monitor marketing trends, and develop business strategies for the affiliate program.

SHORT DESCRIPTION
The Affiliate Manager will enhance the affiliate program by recruiting new affiliates, providing exceptional service to clients, and ensuring alignment with target markets, while leveraging experience to drive performance and growth.
The Affiliate Manager role will recruit new affiliates, manage the onboarding process, and ensure that their audiences are aligned with our target market. Will be responsible for ensuring our new and existing clients receive unparalleled service, including in-depth analysis reports and exceptional customer support. Maintain open communication with all affiliates on the day-to-day issues. Develop business strategies to improve affiliate program. Essential to this role is the ability to be a quick learner and to have the ability to be self-sufficient.
Responsibilities:
- Daily monitoring of trends and patterns from online marketing efforts.
- Providing performance evaluation and optimization suggestions to affiliates based on analytics.
- Contact and develop relationships with prospects via phone, email, etc.
- Knowledge of online marketing best practices, and applying them in a consultative role.
- Knowledge of tracking referrals (e.g. cookie expiration, last click).
- Previous experience in sales/account management.
- Must have strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
- Must have solid verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be a critical thinker and be an able to be a problem solver.
- Must be open to travel to industry conventions as a company representative.
Skills Required:
· Familiarity with affiliate marketing and multiple marketing tactics.
· Must be a critical thinker, with the ability to anticipate problems and quickly find effective solutions.
· Advanced Reporting & Analysis Skills
· Proficient in Excel
· Client Management Skills
· Excellent organizational skills
· Must be able to work in a dynamic work environment
· Strong interpersonal communication skills
Qualifications:
- A.A. or B.A. in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years as an Affiliate Manager for an online lead generation company, preferably with experience in the short-term lending and/or mortgage vertical.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications and extremely internet savvy.
Compensation:
· Hourly rate $25-35 per hour (DOE)
· Commissions after 3 months of employment
