• Proven experience in affiliate marketing (either as an affiliate or affiliate manager)
• Strong communication skills – you’ll be the go-to resource for your affiliates, providing them with the support they need
• Results-driven mindset – you should be able to recruit top performers and get them motivated to sell
• Ability to build and manage relationships with affiliate marketers, helping them scale their sales
• Self-starter with a passion for digital marketing – your motivation and drive will directly influence your income potential
• Familiarity with affiliate tracking tools (preferred but not required)
