We are now expanding into performance-based affiliate marketing and creator partnerships to exponentially grow our reach and impact.

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Affiliate Marketing and Creator Partnership Manager to lead and execute our affiliate marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in performance-based affiliate marketing, expertise with platforms like Levanta, and experience managing partnerships with Amazon Creator Connections and similar programs. This is a unique opportunity to spearhead a critical growth initiative for a dynamic and fast-paced e-commerce company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement performance-based affiliate marketing strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.
• Build and manage affiliate relationships across platforms like Levanta and other relevant networks.
• Optimize campaigns for ROI and scalability through data-driven decisions.
• Lead collaborations with content creators on Amazon, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
• Drive the development of partnerships with influencers, content creators, and affiliates for maximum brand visibility.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align affiliate marketing efforts with broader company goals.
• Monitor performance metrics and provide detailed reporting on campaign effectiveness and ROI.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in performance-based affiliate marketing with platforms like Levanta and similar networks.
• Strong knowledge of Amazon Creator Connections and other creator-driven platforms.
• Expertise in TikTok affiliate marketing and creator partnerships.
• Exceptional ability to manage and grow relationships with affiliates and influencers.
• Analytical skills to measure campaign performance and implement data-driven improvements.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive for exponential growth.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
