Affiliate Marketing Assistant

Overview

As an Affiliate Marketing Assistant, you will support the Affiliate Marketing Manager in executing and optimizing our affiliate marketing programs. Your role will involve managing relationships with affiliates, analyzing campaign performance, and assisting with the development of marketing strategies that drive revenue growth for Tocsin Magazine. If you have a keen eye for detail, a love for digital marketing, and a desire to learn, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, and management of affiliate partners.

- Monitor and analyze affiliate performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to optimize campaigns.

- Support the creation and distribution of marketing materials, such as banners, newsletters, and promotional copy for affiliates.

- Collaborate with content creators to develop affiliate content that aligns with Tocsin Magazine’s brand and marketing goals.

- Research potential new affiliate opportunities and identify trends in the affiliate marketing space.

- Assist in setting up affiliate tracking links and ensure accuracy in reporting.

- Help maintain the affiliate database and ensure that all affiliate information is up to date.

- Provide administrative support to the Affiliate Marketing Manager, including scheduling meetings, organizing documentation, and managing correspondence.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).

- Basic understanding of affiliate marketing concepts and digital marketing principles.

- Proficient in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and familiarity with affiliate marketing platforms.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new software systems.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $19.68 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week
