Seeking an Affiliate Marketing Manager to drive ClickGUARD’s affiliate strategy, manage partnerships, and grow the Affiliate Program within a remote-first team focused on innovative ad tech solutions.
We are looking for Affiliate Marketing Manager to play a pivotal role in driving ClickGUARD’s affiliate and partnership strategy. This includes developing, managing and growing our Affiliate Program by sourcing and nurturing reseller relationships, and creating outreach strategies to engage with potential partners and affiliates.
The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of PPC and digital marketing space, experience managing partnerships in a SaaS environment, and a proven ability to build and maintain meaningful business relationships and has a marketing agency background.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy Development
- Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy aligned with company growth goals.
- Identify and prioritize opportunities for strategic partnerships with affiliates, resellers, and industry influencers.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to uncover new partnership opportunities that ensure a steady flow of opportunities into the sales pipeline.
Education and Engagement:
- Educate partners on program benefits and platform features.
- Develop marketing collateral, tools, training, and educational resources to empower resellers to effectively promote program.
- Conduct team training, and in-person meetings/demos with prospective partners.
Program Management
- Own and optimize the Affiliate Program, ensuring it remains competitive and attractive.
- Recruit, onboard, and support affiliates to drive engagement and revenue growth.
- Monitor partner performance, provide feedback, and develop strategies to maximize partner contributions.
- Conduct outreach to potential partners, resellers, and affiliates through various channels.
- Cultivate relationships with existing partners to ensure ongoing engagement and satisfaction.
- Represent ClickGUARD at industry events, webinars, and forums to expand the partner network.
Performance Analysis and Reporting
- Set KPIs and measure the success of partnership initiatives.
- Provide regular reports and insights on affiliate and partner performance.
- Use data-driven approaches to refine partnership strategies and maximize ROI.
Qualifications
- Industry Expertise: Strong knowledge of PPC, digital advertising, and ClickGUARD’s target ICP (marketing agencies, in-house teams, CMOs, PPC Managers).
- Experience: 3+ years in partnerships, business development, or affiliate management within a SaaS company or similar environment.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute scalable partnership strategies.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Relationship Building: Demonstrated ability to establish and nurture long-term business relationships.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing performance metrics and deriving actionable insights.
- Project Management: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and deadlines.
- Tools Knowledge: Familiarity with affiliate platforms (e.g., Rewardful), CRM systems (e.g., Brevo), Affiliate Networks (e.g., ShareAsale) and analytics tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with PPC platforms (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads) or in a digital marketing agency.
- Familiarity with affiliate marketing platforms such as Rewardful, Impact, or similar.
- Proven track record of managing successful partnership programs in a SaaS or digital marketing context.
