About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Affiliate Marketing Manager to join our growing team.

This key role will be responsible for developing and executing a successful affiliate marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

The ideal candidate has a passion for digital marketing, a strong understanding of affiliate marketing best practices, and excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

This is a part time opportunity, 5-10 hours a week. We have several, related part time opportunities which can be combined for the right individual.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruit and Manage Affiliates

• Identify and recruit high-performing affiliates across various niches and channels (e.g., influencers, bloggers, content creators, publishers).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with our affiliates through regular communication, personalized outreach, and dedicated support.
• Onboard new affiliates effectively, providing them with all the necessary resources and tools.

Develop and Execute Affiliate Marketing Campaigns

• Plan and execute a comprehensive affiliate marketing strategy aligned with overall business goals.
• Develop compelling affiliate marketing materials, including creative assets, promotional offers, and tracking links.
• Monitor affiliate performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Track key metrics, including affiliate revenue, conversion rates, customer lifetime value, and ROI.
• Analyze campaign data and generate regular reports on affiliate program performance.

Platform Management

• Manage affiliate marketing platform.
• Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of affiliate activities.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in affiliate marketing.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in affiliate marketing management, with a track record of success in driving revenue through affiliate programs.
• Strong understanding of affiliate marketing platforms and tracking technologies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
• Passion for tennis and/or pickleball is a plus.
