We are looking for a passionate and outgoing Affiliate Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a Affiliate Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for working with influencers and affiliates to grow Mixhers' brand awareness and product growth.

• Manage and grow relationships with influencers and affiliates to drive brand awareness and product sales.
• Identify influencers for paid promotions by researching those who align with brand values, audience, and engagement rates.
• Develop creative and effective influencer campaigns that align with brand goals and target audiences.
• Identify and onboard new influencers, ensuring they are a strong fit for the brand.
• Track performance metrics, analyze results, and optimize campaigns for maximum engagement and ROI.
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to ensure cohesive messaging across campaigns.
• Provide influencers with guidance, support, and resources to help them succeed.
• Coordinate product gifting, special events, and exclusive promotions for affiliates.
• Ensure compliance with affiliate agreements, legal guidelines, and platform policies.
• Bring new, innovative ideas to the table for campaigns, partnerships, and growth strategies.
• Represent the brand in a positive and professional manner.
