Position Overview:

We are seeking an energetic and experienced Affiliate Partnerships Managers to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you’ll take charge of developing, executing, and optimizing affiliate marketing strategies to drive partners that will provide us lead acquisition and revenue growth. You’ll work closely with our current affiliate partners to maximize their success while actively recruiting new partners to join our expanding network.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and manage effective affiliate marketing strategies.

Identify and recruit new affiliates through direct outreach, affiliate networks, and inbound inquiries.

Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing affiliates, ensuring alignment with our brand values and providing the tools they need to succeed.

Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and growth opportunities.

Analyze performance data to optimize campaigns and achieve measurable results.

Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience in affiliate and performance marketing.

Proficiency with Google Analytics and other marketing analytics tools.

Strong ability to conduct market research and apply insights to strategy.

Background in advertising sales (preferred).

Bilingual skills (preferred but not required).

Sales experience is a plus.

Compensation:

This position offers a competitive base salary of $4,000–$5,000 per month plus commission

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $4,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
