Seeking an Agent Success Specialist to enhance agent training and support initiatives, drive compliance and operational development, and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.

Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Agent Success Specialist to guide our initiatives for agent training and support. The Agent Success Specialist assists the COO in improving company systems, particularly those targeted to agent success and retention, by providing logistical support, innovative problem-solving, and team-management skills. This is a pivotal role for a dynamic professional who thrives in collaboration and is passionate about elevating real estate careers.

Key Responsibilities

Agent Development & Support

  • Coordinate and enhance agent onboarding programs.
  • Coordinate training initiatives to help agents close more deals, and to assist rental agents in transitioning into sales.
  • Work with the Agent Support Team and others to find more efficient ways to address agent questions about sales and rentals.
  • Track agent outcomes and celebrate success by preparing agent rewards, events, and other incentives.
  • Identify key areas for agent growth and develop initiatives to foster improvement.
  • Manage processes to ensure all agents comply with fair housing regulations.

Operational Development

  • Assist the COO in coordinating day-to-day operations tasks, such as preparing pamphlets and newsletters, developing features for the website, and corresponding with the upstate office.
  • Develop and implement initiatives that drive positive social media and Yelp reviews.
  • Assess office processes and use of space to identify inefficiencies and develop improvements.
  • Develop and implement innovative and data-driven strategies to address other needs affecting agents.

Leadership

  • Manage the Agent Support Team, the Agent Relations Coordinator, and the graphic design team to ensure quality service to agents.
  • Provide clear, actionable guidance to agents at all career stages.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development for all agents.

Qualifications

Real Estate Knowledge & Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate, with a track record of closing deals
  • Strong understanding of NYC real estate market dynamics
  • Mastery of CRM tools and real estate-specific software, such as MLS systems
  • Knowledge of compliance regulations, including fair housing laws
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing and SEO principles

Management Skills

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, including the ability to communicate effectively with agents at all career stages
  • Experience in successfully leading and scaling teams and implementing strategic initiatives to drive organizational performance
  • Demonstrated success in managing projects, from inception and communication to stakeholders; to implementation and delegation of duties; to assessment, adjustment, and measurement of impact
  • Demonstrated success in sales coaching and agent development
  • Experience in creating and managing comprehensive training programs and implementing performance tracking software
  • Experience in conflict resolution and motivational coaching

Ethical Standards

  • Clean professional record with no significant ethical violations
  • Proven ability to maintain highest standards of professional integrity, confidentiality, and ethical decision-making

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate, marketing, or related field
  • New York State real estate license (required)
  • Other relevant professional development certifications are a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
