Amazon & ECOM Account Specialist
Everything Legwear, a top leader in the fashion and licensed hosiery industry is seeking an Amazon & ECOM Account Specialist to join their growing dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit, be self-motivated, and creative with a passion for fashion a plus. The Amazon & ECOM Account Specialist will work the merchandising team in the execution of all digital channels including retail website and social media outlets. He/She should be socially savvy with expert knowledge of key social platforms and analytical tools that turn data into actionable insights and sales.
Responsibilities include:
- Review and provide weekly sales reports for all ECOM platforms.
- Creation and maintenance of product listings on Amazon, Website, Other eCommerce Marketplaces including copy, assigning images, keywords.
- Analyze Amazon fees and profitability by listing.
- Maintain and manage inventory levels by listing.
- Provide customer service and maintain customer reviews and feedback.
- Provide product Audits for data integrity, customer feedback and competition.
- Coordinate marketing efforts with internal partners through e-mail social, SEO & Paid Search, maintain and implement sales campaigns, coupons, Google Adwords.
- Effectively measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals. Optimizes site navigation, filters, attribution to drive conversion.
- Strategize and utilize our social media presence. Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels – content creation, pay per click campaigns, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis, and much more.
- Requirements:
- BS degree in marketing or a related field.
- Demonstrable experience in digital marketing.
- Solid knowledge of Amazon and their processes and procedures.
- Proven experience in identifying target audiences in all social media outlets.
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, heat maps, A/B testing apps).
- Solid knowledge of content management systems (Shopify, Word Press) and creating sales funnels.
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Facebook Ads, Google Adwords and Google shopping ad campaigns.
- Comfortable working with numbers and able to make sense of metrics.
- An eye for fashion, a sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends, concepts, strategies and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
- Experience managing PPC, SEO, email marketing, and affiliate programs in an ecommerce environment.
- Basic knowledge in HTML/CSS is a plus.
