ELECOM USA is a rapidly growing startup in the computer peripherals and accessories market. We are a DTC brand focused primarily on Amazon and Shopify. We are a small and close-knit group who are looking to add an Amazon Ecommerce Manager to our team.

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Amazon Ecommerce Manager with at least 7 years of proven expertise in optimizing and managing Amazon product listings, driving sales, and implementing effective strategies to enhance the overall online shopping experience. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Amazon's platform, algorithm, and policies, along with a track record of successfully managing large-scale e-commerce operations.

Responsibilities

  1. Listing Optimization:

  2. Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to optimize product listings for maximum visibility and sales.

  3. Implement best practices for product titles, bullet points, descriptions, and images to improve conversion rates.

  4. Content Management:

  5. Create and maintain engaging and informative product content, ensuring consistency across all channels.

  6. Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-quality images, videos, and A+ content to enhance product listings.

  7. Performance Analysis:

  8. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, such as sales, traffic, conversion rates, and customer reviews.

  9. Utilize data insights to make informed decisions and implement strategies for continuous improvement.

  10. Advertising and Promotions:

  11. Develop and execute effective Amazon advertising campaigns, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Display Ads.

  12. Plan and implement promotional activities to drive traffic, increase sales, and manage advertising budgets efficiently.

  13. Inventory Management:

  14. Coordinate with supply chain and operations teams to ensure optimal inventory levels, preventing stockouts and overstock situations.

  15. Implement strategies for managing and liquidating slow-moving inventory.

  16. Compliance and Policy Adherence:

  17. Stay updated on Amazon's policies and guidelines, ensuring compliance in all aspects of ecommerce operations.

  18. Proactively address and resolve any account or listing-related issues with Amazon Seller Support.

  19. Competitor Analysis:

  20. Conduct regular competitive analysis to identify market trends, pricing strategies, and opportunities for differentiation.

  21. Implement strategies to maintain a competitive edge in the marketplace.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in ecommerce, specifically managing Amazon Seller Central accounts.
  • Proven track record of driving sales and improving key performance metrics on the Amazon platform.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms.
  • In-depth knowledge of Amazon's algorithms, ranking factors, and advertising options.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with various teams.
  • Ability to commute to Newport Beach, CA 3 times per week.
