Job Description:
The Amazon Online Operation Manager will oversee our Amazon store and other online platforms, focusing on sales growth, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. This role requires a strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central, inventory management, and data-driven decision-making to optimize our product listings and marketing strategies. Experience in managing social media platforms, such as TikTok, is preferred to help expand our brand presence.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize all aspects of our Amazon store operations, including listing creation, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive traffic, increase conversions, and boost sales on Amazon.
  • Monitor and analyze key metrics (e.g., sales, reviews, ad performance) to make data-driven adjustments.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement Amazon PPC campaigns, promotions, and advertising strategies.
  • Maintain high product visibility by enhancing listings with SEO and ensuring compliance with Amazon’s guidelines.
  • Manage customer feedback and resolve any operational issues, ensuring high customer satisfaction and positive reviews.
  • Track inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers, and maintain stock availability across platforms.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to identify trends, pricing strategies, and improvement areas.

Qualifications:
