Ams Marketing Manager
LOCATION
Remote, with potential regional focus on the Americas, Europe, Middle East, Africa, APAC, and LATAM.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field; 5+ years of B2B marketing or events management experience, preferably in financial services; proven experience in organizing international events; experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing strategies.

SHORT DESCRIPTION
The Marketing Manager for Global ATM Managed Services will lead marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility, drive lead generation, and execute events globally, requiring expertise in B2B marketing and event management.
- Develop Social Media Strategy: Create and execute a social media strategy to increase brand visibility, engagement and lead generation across multiple platforms, including LinkedIn and other relevant industry-specific channels.
- Content Creation & Scheduling: Plan and schedule regular content including blogs, videos, and case studies. Work closely with the content team to ensure messaging is consistent with the overall brand strategy.
- Community Engagement: Engage with followers, industry leaders and potential clients on social media platforms. Respond to comments, inquiries and messages promptly to build relationships and encourage conversations around Brink’s AMS services.
- Monitor & Report Performance: Track performance metrics (e.g., engagement rates, lead generation, follower growth), generate insights, and adjust strategy as needed to ensure that key performance indicators (KPIs) are met.
- Lead Event Planning: Lead the planning and execution of global events, including industry conferences, trade shows and customer events.
- Coordinate Logistics: Utilizing third- parties oversee all event logistics including booth setup, travel arrangements, registration and other operational details. Ensure successful execution of in-person and virtual events.
- Vendor & Supplier Management: Manage relationships with event vendors, external marketing agencies and suppliers to ensure that events are executed on time and within budget.
- Exhibit Design & Branding: Oversee the design and production of event materials such as brochures, branded giveaways, digital presentations and booth setups to ensure alignment with Brink’s corporate identity and AMS messaging.
- Lead Generation: Work with the sales team to ensure that events are structured to support lead generation and customer acquisition, including managing follow-up communications and ensuring all leads are tracked effectively.
- Post-Event Analytics & Reporting: Collect and analyze feedback from event participants and report on event effectiveness. Suggest improvements for future events.
- Manage AMS Website Content: Oversee and regularly update content on the Global AMS website, ensuring it aligns with marketing objectives, product offerings and customer needs.
- SEO & Analytics: Work with web developers and SEO specialists to ensure the website is optimized for search engines, including performing keyword research, tracking website traffic and recommending changes to improve site performance.
- Content Collaboration: Collaborate with content writers, graphic designers and other internal stakeholders to ensure that the website features fresh, engaging and informative content about Brink’s AMS offerings.
- Oversee Freelance & Agency Relationships: Manage relationships with external vendors, such as graphic designers, copywriters, event agencies and photographers. Ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and high-quality output that meets Brink’s standards.
- Coordinate External Resources: Ensure external teams understand the AMS business strategy and the requirements of each campaign or event. Monitor the progress of creative deliverables and ensure that projects stay on track.
- Maintain Brand Consistency: Ensure all marketing materials (e.g., digital ads, email campaigns, event assets) reflect Brink’s Global AMS brand guidelines and are aligned with AMS messaging.
- Collaborate with Brinks Local Country Marketing Teams: Partner with local Brinks marketing teams to ensure that AMS-specific initiatives integrate seamlessly into broader corporate marketing strategies. Maintain consistent, accurate messaging across channels.
- Monitor & Analyze KPIs: Monitor marketing campaign and event metrics (e.g., engagement, conversion rates, website traffic, ROI) and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Continuous Improvement: Based on performance data, suggest and implement improvements to marketing strategies, campaigns and events. Regularly evaluate competitors and industry trends to adjust strategies as necessary.
- Customer Events: Assist in the planning and execution of AMS-specific customer events, ensuring that each event is designed to enable deeper relationships and provide value to Brink’s clients.
- Stakeholder Communication: Work with sales and customer success teams to align marketing strategies with client needs, feedback and insights. Assist in the development of communication materials for client outreach.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing or events management, preferably within the financial services, ATM or services industries.
- Proven experience organizing and executing events or trade shows with international exposure.
- Experience with social media management, content creation and digital marketing strategies.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, customer success, etc.) and external vendors.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, social media management tools and Google Analytics.
- Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing analytics.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Fluency in English is required, proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Spanish, Portuguese, or other languages) is a plus.
- Strong team player with the ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional environment.
