SHORT DESCRIPTION
The ABA Marketer is responsible for promoting services of an ABA therapy practice, generating leads, raising awareness about ABA therapy benefits, and ensuring effective communication of services to families and stakeholders.
The ABA Marketer plays a key role in promoting and growing the services of an Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy practice. This individual is responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and raising awareness about the benefits of ABA therapy for children and adults with autism or other developmental disorders. The ABA Marketer will work closely with the clinical team to ensure that prospective clients are matched with the right therapy services and that the company’s services are effectively communicated to target audiences.
The ideal candidate will have strong marketing and communication skills, a basic understanding of ABA therapy, and the ability to interact with families, schools, physicians, and other stakeholders in the healthcare and education sectors.

*Key Responsibilities:*
*1. Lead Generation and Business Development:*
- *Identify Potential Clients*: Identify and target individuals, schools, healthcare providers, and organizations that may benefit from ABA therapy services.
- *Build Partnerships*: Establish and maintain relationships with local schools, pediatricians, therapists, healthcare providers, and community organizations to generate referrals.
- *Community Outreach*: Plan and execute outreach activities, including attending conferences, local events, and health fairs to promote ABA services and raise awareness.
- *Digital Marketing*: Develop and manage online marketing strategies, including social media campaigns, search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, and email marketing to attract potential clients.
- *Lead Follow-Up*: Respond to inquiries from potential clients and families, providing information about ABA therapy and scheduling consultations or assessments.
- *Client Education*: Provide information on the benefits of ABA therapy, answer questions, and address concerns in a clear and compassionate manner.
*2. Marketing Strategy & Content Creation:*
- *Marketing Collateral*: Develop brochures, flyers, and other marketing materials to promote ABA services. Ensure materials are clear, informative, and aligned with company branding.
- *Website & Social Media*: Work with the marketing team to maintain and update the company website, social media profiles, and other online platforms to reflect current services, success stories, and educational content.
- *Content Creation*: Write blog posts, articles, and newsletters to educate the community about ABA therapy, behavioral health, and related topics.
- *Brand Awareness*: Increase visibility and recognition of the company as a trusted provider of ABA therapy services through both digital and traditional marketing channels.
*3. Client & Family Support:*
- *Initial Consultations*: Conduct initial consultations or phone calls with prospective clients and families to assess their needs and explain the services offered by the ABA practice.
- *Community Engagement*: Attend meetings, school events, and other community-based activities to educate families and professionals about ABA therapy and how it can benefit their children or clients.
- *Client Retention*: Ensure that families have access to the information they need to make informed decisions about ongoing therapy services.
*4. Market Research & Reporting:*
- *Competitive Analysis*: Conduct market research to understand the competitive landscape, identify emerging trends, and assess client needs.
- *Client Feedback*: Gather feedback from new clients and families to understand their experience with the initial marketing and intake process, and make improvements where necessary.
- *Reporting & Analysis*: Track and report on marketing campaign effectiveness, lead conversion rates, and other key performance indicators (KPIs). Provide regular updates to the management team on business development activities.
*5. Collaboration with Clinical Team:*
- *Collaboration*: Work closely with the clinical team, including BCBAs, behavior technicians, and administrative staff, to ensure seamless communication and service delivery for prospective clients.
- *Client Matching*: Help match prospective clients with the appropriate clinical resources, ensuring that services are tailored to the individual’s needs.
- *Feedback Loop*: Share insights from potential clients with the clinical team to improve service offerings, marketing strategies, and client retention efforts.

*Qualifications:*
*Education & Experience:*
- *Bachelor’s Degree* in Marketing, Business, Communications, Psychology, or a related field (preferred).
- *Experience* in marketing, sales, or business development, ideally in a healthcare, educational, or behavioral health setting.
- *Knowledge of ABA Therapy* or experience in the autism/behavioral health field is preferred but not required. Willingness to learn about ABA therapy is essential.
- *Experience with Digital Marketing* (SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing) is preferred.
- *Experience with CRM Systems* to manage leads and track client interactions.
